STYLISH INTERIOR

We were looking for a unique interior that all ages would enjoy. Somewhere that held traditional values as far as atmosphere, but with a modern appeal. We wanted the space to work as well for lunchtime diners as evening bar goers.
The space was an empty shell to begin with, but with great light and high ceilings there were bags of potential. Every single item within the space is bespoke, scratch built or was made to order, to achieve the final ‘look’. Even the door handles we custom made. The towering, salvage brick ‘back-bar’ was designed to look as though A victorian New York fire station had been shipped to Saggart brick by brick. However, an ‘Anti victorian’ approach was taken through the upholstery and finishes in an effort to avoid the more regular look. “Comfort was king” as far as we were concerned.
Designer Graham Barrow, who makes hero-prop weapons for Game of thrones and is known for such venues as Fire restaurant and La Fayette certainly delivered….enjoy!

At the Maple Tree we endeavour to produce the finest dishes using the very best of local ingredients.
Open every morning we have a Breakfast for everyone, from your Full Irish to Eggs Benedict or French Toast. Our Lunch menu is served from 12 noon to 3pm Monday to Friday and includes our Speciality Sandwiches and our famous Meat Pies.
In the loyal tradition of a la carte we use only fresh ingredients cooked to order to create all our dishes including Lamb Shank, Fillet Steak and Seafood Penne. Our catch of the day is delivered daily for guaranteed freshness.
We strive to accommodate your dietary requirements but always ask your server should you require further assistance.
